Sliding patio doors made with low emissivity glazing or with triple glazing are extremely energy-efficient. Our sliding patio doors are fitted with double glazing as standard which is energy efficient in itself but you can also upgrade your glass to increase the energy efficiency of your sliding doors and save on energy bills. For instance, we have triple glazed toughened glass with an argon gas-filled cavity and a Low-E coating available which gives better heat insulation as the Low-E coating keeps radiant heat inside your home during winter.
