FAQ

We understand that every house is different and therefore we don’t have any standard sizes for our doors. All of our doors are made to measure, ensuring a truly bespoke service and helping you get the doors that are right for your home.

We can supply doors with built-in cat flaps. However, this is only available if the door has a flat panel. We offer the installation of cat flaps on both uPVC front and back doors. Please feel free to enquire if you would like any further information on our range of doors with cat flaps.

Our composite doors come with the latest multi-point locking systems as standard giving you peace-of-mind high security. You also get the latest high-security 3-star platinum kitemarked security cylinders as standard. Our doors offer stunning aesthetics, enhanced security and unrivalled durability.

Composite doors are incredibly thermally efficient thanks to the thick insulated core and PVCu frame. A thermally efficient front door works with your windows and doors to keep your home energy efficient. The huge choice of colours and styles is another benefit, with composite doors available in traditional and contemporary styles. Accessorise these doors with the latest range of hardware available and you get a very attractive door for the front of your home. Relentless Windows, the composite door specialists, stunning quality at affordable prices.

By engaging the multi-point lock each time your door is closed, the door compresses tightly and evenly against the frame. This will deliver the following benefits. It keeps your door in perfect alignment. Engaging the lock will create a seal to eliminate drafts and improve the energy efficiency of your door and help cut your energy bills. A tight fit will prevent the door from bowing due to natural expansion as a result of temperature fluctuations.

Despite the fact that composite doors are extremely low maintenance, they do require some care and attention from time-to-time. Along with extending their lifespan for many years to come, occasional maintenance will also ensure that composite doors always look the part. How often will depend on where you live; In a coastal or heavily industrialised area or near a busy main road, cleaning may need to be more frequent. We recommend that you only use warm soapy water with a lint free cloth and wipe dry with a soft clean cloth. To prevent surface damage, please do not; Use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, Use pressure washers or steam cleaners, Apply any type of bleach or solvent, Apply any adhesives of any type or tack, Have any contact with any sharp objects.
